Everything went well on the first installation. On the second one, the wholesale supplier gave another contractor a part that was ordered for my system. This caused a couple of days' delay. Then the remote processor turned out to be defective, which led to an additional delay of a few days. Finally, the internet monitoring was not supported by Google Chrome, the browser I usually use; so it was set up using Mozilla Firefox and works just fine on Mozilla. I can sign in on Google Chrome but cannot play any of the video clips. The Android apps work well on both my smartphone and my tablet. I had minor problems with alarm sensors not staying in place (with adhesive mounting). The company was very prompt and helpful in returning to my house and securing those parts with screws. My cameras are ultra sensitive, so I have recordings of things like rain, lightening, palm fronds blowing in the wind, and flying insects. The company has decreased the sensitivity as much as possible, even going so far as to consult with Honeywell regarding how to adjust the cameras further, but I still have numerous recordings of nature in action. In spite of the problems I experienced, I am rating this company as an A. None of the problems experienced were their fault, and they acted promptly and with appropriate concern for the problems. The installer, Jayson, was very professional, careful, and personable. He is a definite asset to the company.

We got quotes from 4 companies with high ratings on Angie's List before contracting with Expert Security. We selected them because the equipment over and above a standard no charge install was priced lower than the others and their monthly monitoring fee is $35. instead of the usual $40 that most other companies charge. For those not familiar, system monitoring is a 3 year commitment. Sometimes it may not be wise to take the low bid but we felt confident based on reviews. We feel that we lucked out because Expert Security Services install man, Jayson Vitale, is a master installer. He put the main panel and all the sensors in the best locations, made no mess, and did not have to reference any instruction manuals.

I was extremely happy with the service that was provided by ESS. I just retired from law enforcement after 30 years and moved into our new home this week. Our representative who came out was thoroughly familiar with the alarm equipment that was already present at the home. I must disclose that the equipment was originally installed by ESS, with the previous owner, so they should have been familiar with it, but that isn't always the case. In our case the representative from ESS was completely knowledgeable about the equipment and was able to quickly get everything back up and running and secure our new home. The representative was extremely polite, very professional in both appearance and demeanor, and explained everything about our alarm system and it's use before leaving. I hope that our continued interaction with ESS is as good as day 1, but so far I am extremely happy with my choice in using this company. Dave.

We originally started with ADT, then Brinks and they were taken over by ADT, so we searched and found "Expert Security Services" here Locally & they have been Exceptional from the start. It is a small company that has Incredible Customer Service. Hurricane Ian tore things up for us & we needed to Replace & Update our system with exterior cameras. (We call Jay Blanchard direct) and he and his Team arrived to help us work out what we needed and what we could afford without sacrificing Quality of service.

Nice to work with a company that has a personal touch. One of the owners was out to my house personally and was even gracious enough to come back to my house on a Sunday for a follow-up item that was needed. Great service and personal touch. I have had the service for several months and everything works as advertised...it is simple to use and the app is very functional and easy to use. I had received quotes from other services and they were in line with competitors and had no hassles or up front costs that some had quoted. All around, amazing service...would highly recommend.

Response time from my on-line inquiry was the same day. An appointment with Jay Blanchard from Expert to survey my home was made with Jay arriving on time, quote within 24 hours. Upon acceptance, a time for installation was agreed upon and both Jay and tech Rick arrived on time. Rich was knowledgeable, courteous and completed the installation without a hitch. Before leaving Rick explained the operation of the system and the on-line app making sure we were comfortable with our security system. All in all, a very professional company that I would highly recommend.
